We have been talking about our extensive database of cash buyers for a while now, and today we were able to help one of them find their new home. After missing out on our auction at 8 Garland Road, Greenlane, we showed them through a new property listed by another Bayleys agent. It ticked all their boxes and they were the successful bidders today in our Bayleys auction rooms at Maritime Square
