Have you noticed the Property Press getting thin again and the lack of “For Sale” signs around. That’s because it’s WINTER.  It’s interesting how people think their house will be the only one looking lovely when the spring or summer flowers are out. That’s when the property Press is thicker and “For Sale” signs are everywhere. which means more COMPETITION for you!! We have buyers needing, wanting, and ready to buy good family homes in all areas and varying budgets.
